By submitting an order form or contacting BankDocs ("we", "us", "our") at bankdocs.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
BankDocs produces documents for legitimate purposes only. These include personal record replacement where an original document has been lost and cannot be retrieved from the issuing authority, drama and film production as props or set dressing, software development and QA testing as sample data for document-processing systems, education and training to demonstrate document formats without exposing real personal data, and personal keepsake or archiving.
All documents produced by BankDocs are for the above purposes only. They are not issued by any bank, government body, utility company, or other authorised institution and carry no official status.
You must not use any document produced by BankDocs to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent your identity or financial position to any person, organisation, or institution. This includes applying for credit, loans, tenancies, employment, visas, or benefits, satisfying any legal or regulatory verification requirement, or committing or facilitating any criminal offence under any applicable law.
Submitting an order constitutes your confirmation that you will not use the document for any prohibited purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe it may be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, without obligation to provide a reason.
Orders are placed by completing the order form on the relevant document page or by emailing us directly at contact@bankdocs.net. Submission of an order form does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance by reply email.
Documents are delivered as PDF files via email. Delivery is typically within 24 hours of order confirmation. We make reasonable efforts to meet this timeframe but do not guarantee it in all circumstances. Delays may occur for complex formats or during periods of high demand.
We do not ship physical copies.
If a document contains an error caused by us, we will correct it at no additional charge. If you provided incorrect information on the order form, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections; additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the changes required.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. We accept Gift Cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Orders are not commenced until payment is received or confirmed. We do not offer refunds once a document has been produced and delivered, except where we have failed to produce the document to the agreed specification.
All document templates, layouts, and associated design work produced by BankDocs remain our intellectual property. You are licensed to use the delivered document for the permitted purposes stated in Section 2 only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense documents produced by us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BankDocs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from your use of a document in a manner that violates these Terms of Service or applicable law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@bankdocs.net.
